Refund

Refunds are accepted if there is an inability to execute the order. In this case there is a possibility to deduct the costs of the reverse transfer.

Also in case the goods have not been ordered (due to lack of availability) or have not been sent by us to you but you have sent the money then we will refund your money by deducting the cost of the reverse transfer.

In the event of a refund for an order paid by Credit, Debit or Prepaid card through the Stripe Company, you issue either a partial or full refund. Depending on the fee schedule there may be some fees associated with issuing refunds. Payment processing and currency conversion fees, if applicable, from the initial charge are non-refundable and LEONIDIS is NOT responsible.
