1. How to place an order

Select the products you want by clicking add to cart as soon as you finish your shopping, click on the completion of the order, enter or Register and complete the steps that follow until the Completion. So simple...

Individuals: You will be informed by us if there is a shortage in any of the products you ordered, expiration dates (in case it is less than 3 days) and anything else that we should inform you so that you know all the details of your order .

2. Shipping costs are included

The prices you see on our website are prices from our store WITHOUT shipping. Shipping and payment costs (eg cash on delivery) will be displayed upon completion of your order and if any will be added to the final amount of your order.

3. How can I receive my order?

The receipt of your order can be done either from our store or at the place that you will indicate to us if you are in Kavala. In case you are in another area of Greece, it will be delivered to you either with the transport company we work with or with the Elta courier, depending on what you choose when completing your order.

4. There is a minimum order

Individuals: Yes there is a minimum order and the amount is € 10

5. How can I pay for my order?

Your order can be paid in the following ways

  • Cash (Collection from the store)
  • Upon delivery of the order cash or credit - debit card (ONLY for the city of Kavala)
  • Cash on delivery (cash on delivery costs € 2.40)
  • By deposit in a Bank
  • Via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
  • Using the Masterpass e-wallet.
  • By sending money via money transfer system (MoneyGram)

6. How can I cancel my order

Cancellation of the order is accepted as long as NO products have been ordered specifically for your order or It has not been shipped.

In the above cases as well as in case of inability to execute the order, a Refund is made (there is a case to deduct the costs of the reverse transfer.).

7. I can return the products

Please note that the company "LEONIDIS" reserves the right not to accept the return of goods.

Refunds are NOT just product replacements.

The return of the products is done with shipping costs borne by the customer.

A necessary condition in any case is that the returned item has intact and complete its packaging and its original purchase documents.

In any case, it is pointed out that the shipping costs charged to the customer for sending and delivering his order to him, are not refundable.
