1. How do I place an order?
You select the products you want by clicking add to cart once you have completed your shopping, click complete order Log in or Register or continue as a guest and complete the steps that follow until Checkout. So simple...
Individuals: You will be informed by us by phone if there is any shortage of any of the products you ordered, expiry dates (if they are less than 3 days) and anything else that we need to inform you so that you know all the details of your order .
2. Shipping costs are included
The prices you see on our website are prices from our store WITHOUT shipping. The transport costs as well as the payment method (e.g. cash on delivery) will appear during the completion of your order and, if any, will be added to the final amount of your order.
3. How can I receive my order?
Your order can be picked up either from our store or at the place you indicate to us if you are in Kavala. In case you are in another area of Greece, it will be delivered to you either with the transport company we cooperate with or with one of the two couriers we cooperate with (Elta courier or Speedex courier) depending on what you choose when completing your order.
4. There is a minimum order

5. How can I pay for my order?
Your order can be paid for in one of the following ways
- With cash and receiving the order from the store.
- With cash and Delivery of the order to the customer's premises (ONLY for the city of Kavala)
- Cash on delivery (The fee is €2.40)*
- By bank deposit
- With ticket restaurant coupons (ONLY for the city of Kavala)
- With Stripe for payment with credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
- By sending money via money transfer system (MoneyGram)
- With a credit or debit card at your place (ONLY for the city of Kavala)
- PayPal
6. How can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of the order is accepted as long as products have NOT been ordered specifically for your order or have not been shipped.
In the above cases, as well as in the case of the inability to execute the order, a refund is also made (there is a case where the costs of the reverse transfer can be deducted.).

7. Can I return the products?
Please note that the company "LEONIDIS" reserves the right not to accept the return of goods.
Refunds are NOT given for product replacements only.
The return of the products is carried out with transport costs borne by the customer.
A necessary condition in any case is that the returned item must have its packaging intact and complete and its original purchase documents.
In any case, it is pointed out that the shipping costs charged to the customer for sending and delivering his order to him are not refundable.
